Senior Backend Engineer — July ’23 - Current

  • Serving as a Senior Backend Engineer on the Core team with a focus on system design, feature development, and infrastructure hardening
  • Designed and developed a new internal service using Kubernetes, Kafka, and kNative to support an event-driven architecture
  • Wrote the technical specification and led implementation for a Flow Pause/Delay feature using MongoDB Change Streams
  • Worked on the multi-environment feature in integrator.io enabling customers to separate resources by environment lanes
  • Led technical design efforts for several critical features and internal improvements across the platform
  • Resolved complex system crashes and memory issues by analyzing V8 heap snapshots and logs
  • Created Splunk and NewRelic dashboards to monitor pod health, feature adoption, and system stability
  • Led design and rollout of Celigo’s new pricing model, resulting in improved feature adoption and revenue growth
  • Ported authentication APIs (Cookies, JWT, MFA, SSO) from the monolith into a new microservice with over 90% Jest coverage
